Ownership
Felton Prairie SNA consists of four units. The Blazing Star Unit is owned by The Nature Conservancy (TNC) and is referred to as Blazing Star Prairie. The eastern half of the Bicentennial Unit is owned by the Minnesota DNR. The western half, and land adjacent to it, is owned by Clay County. The Assiniboia Skipper and Shrike Units are owned by the Minnesota DNR.
