Eared Grebes (Podiceps nigricollis) in their summer mating plumage at Elizabeth Lake in British Columbia, Canada.

At the 0:14 mark of the video, the bird displays some defensive behaviors as it becomes subjected to a bluff charge of sorts from some bird coming in from the right.

The eared grebe is the most abundant grebe in the world.
