This park is just south of Redwing on U.S. Highway 61. Xcel Energy’s nearby Prairie Island nuclear power plant keeps the water from icing over during the winter between Bay Point Park and Colvill Park. Eagle Spot Weekend is held here every year from mid-February to late March. |
