| Comments |
There are no Nature Conservancy signs near the road. There is no trail or footpath leading from the road to the main part of the preserve. The neighbor (across the road) is unaware of the existence of this preserve. A compass and handheld GPS unit are recommended. There is a narrow, unmaintained pulloff on the north side of the road. Pull in here and park next to the stream. Walk west on a footpath on raised ground (former road?) a short distance west from the parking area to the narrow corridor. Use a GPS receiver to determine the location of the corridor. Then use a compass and/or the GPS unit to walk directly north to the main part of the preserve. |
