Canadian Geese are common along the trail and can get aggressive when they have their goslings in tow. |
Wagon Wheel Trail is fully paved, easy access for walkers, hikers, and bikers. In the middle of the picture is one of the beaver lodges next to the trail. |

Pedestrian Bridge While technically a part of the Wagon Wheel Trail, the bridge, opened in 2022 allowing easy access to the Wagon Wheel Trail from La Crescent without having to cross the busy highway. |

Swing Bridge While at the east end of the Wagon Wheel Trail, the historic railroad Swing Bridge can be seen. |
