Special concern – Greater Prairie-chicken (Tympanuchus cupido)

Other birds commonly found on this site, along with those listed below, include Black-billed Cuckoo (Coccyzus erythropthalmus), Lark Sparrow (Chondestes grammacus), Ovenbird (Seiurus aurocapillus), and Vesper Sparrow (Pooecetes gramineus).
